Securtix Announces first 100% HOT-SPOT-FINANCING Plan. Securtix Provides 100% financing for Wi-Fi Merchants and WISPs

HOUSTON May 5, 2003 — Today Securtix Corporation announced the first 100% Wi-Fi financing solution for merchants and Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP's) to develop HOT-SPOT locations in the United States, Europe and Asia. 100% financing is a way for merchants and Wireless Internet Service Providers to rapidly deploy, develop and expand WiFi locations without immediately expensing large capital outlays for equipment and services. Securtix will help HOT-SPOT merchants and WISPs acquire Wi-Fi equipment such as routers, access points, pc cards, wireless notebook adapters, pci adapters, color printers and laptops, to conserve cash flow while rolling-out HOT-SPOTS, HOT-SPOT-PRINTING and HOT-SPOT-RENTAL locations at restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, motels and other public places worldwide.

This action will allow over 21 million US mobile workers to walk into their favorite restaurant, coffee shop, gas or service station, and wirelessly connect to the Internet, and start printing documents immediately, if they have a need to do so. It's very easy and convenient!

HOT-SPOT-PRINTING (HSP) Solution

HOT-SPOT-PRINTING is a new concept designed for Wi-Fi locations, such as, restaurants, cafes, hotels, convention centers, trade shows, airports, airplanes, trains, train stations and other public places, where the public can print reports, e-mails, presentations and other documents from the Internet by using their laptops or PDA's.

HOT SPOT customers can now sip mocha grandees, conduct working business luncheons or dinners, and add and print last minute changes to critical business proposals without physically being in an office.

There is no out-of-pocket-expense for the merchant to participate in the program. In our revenue sharing program, Securtix provides the color printers, the supplies, the marketing and the services necessary to operate the program. Merchants provides the "HIGH VOLUME" LOCATIONS.

HSP can provide a Laptop Rental programs at HOT SPOT locations. Customers can rent Wireless Laptops on an hourly basis, if they don't have a mobile device with them.
